My stay at The 404 Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While I appreciated the beautiful decor and quiet atmosphere, I found the check-in process frustrating and the parking situation challenging. Overall, it’s a charming spot, but the price tag feels a bit steep for the experience.
Rooms

The room was clean and quiet, though smaller than expected, with high ceilings and some nice touches like sound machines. However, the buzzing sound from the AC unit was quite disruptive at times (definitely not a restful feature!).
Service
5.0
Service was a bit unconventional with the virtual check-in process. I had to wait for a code to access the hotel, which felt inconvenient, though once in, the staff seemed helpful throughout my stay.

The location was perfect for exploring Nashville, just a short walk to numerous restaurants and the vibrant Broadway. The staff, especially Kelly, were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. While I loved the comfortable rooms and thoughtful touches like MALIN+GOETZ amenities, I found the lack of window coverings a bit bright for my liking at night. Overall, it was a good experience! 😍👍
